Travel insurance marketplace

Senior User Experience Designer (Product Design)

  • Launched Soventure’s consumer travel-insurance marketplace and led its product design, translating interviews and customer feedback into clearer plan evaluation around medical, cancellation, and activity coverage.
  • Used GA4 funnels, session recordings, behavioral analytics, and A/B tests to investigate abandonment and form hypotheses; partnered on a Datadog and SpeedLab investigation that isolated quote-generation delays tied to carrier data.
